Two Towns Red Blend 2024

Two Towns Red showcases the unique terroir of the Swartland in a balanced blend of Shiraz, Cinsaut, Grenache Noir and Mourvèdre.

Temperature controlled fermentation of individual varietals in stainless steel tanks until dry, followed by malolactic fermentation. The Shiraz was matured in 300L French oak barrels for 8 months and blended with the unoaked components, prior to filtration and bottling.

It’s all about freshness & drinkability, achieved by preserving the vibrancy of Swartland fruit. Flavours of bright red & black berry fruit with pink pepper & a hint of violets. A silky palate with fine tannins and a long vibrant, juicy finish.
