100% Pinot Noir. A small pocket within a single vineyard and barrel selected. Hand-harvested, 60% whole-bunch spontaneous fermention in large foudre. Maturation takes place in 33% new, 67% second-fill French oak barrels for 12 months. Only 4550 bottles produced.
