Generous maraschino cherry and sun-dried peach harmonize with savory black olive and lingering spice to offer a wine of great complexity.

100% Syrah. Hand-harvested, 50% whole-bunch spontaneous fermentation in large foudres with two weeks of extended maceration. Maturation in 15% new French oak and 85% second-fill barrels for 18 months.
